This is a phishing attempt first reported to CSULB ITS on March 25, 2015.

Subject: RE: Outlook confirmation portal


Email informs requests recipient to click on a link to upgrade their mailbox by clicking on a link due to exceeding their mail quota limit. The link goes to a fraudulent site which has been reported as abuse to the website host.

Intent of the Email

The sender is attempting to obtain BeachID account credentials for their own malicious purposes.
