This is a phishing attempt first reported to CSULB ITS on February 20, 2017.

Sent: Monday, February 20, 2017 8:28 AM   
Subject: De-activation notice from Microsoft



The fraudulent email notifies recipients that their Office365 account will be deactivated and provides a link to cancel deactivation.  The link goes to a fraudulent site where you are to enter email login credentials.    

Intent of the Email

The sender is attempting to capture personal and account information for their own malicious purposes.
