This is a phishing attempt first reported to CSULB ITS on June 20, 2017.

The fraudulent and poorly written email notifies recipients to log on to a supposed new secured Outlook version by clicking on a link.

Intent of the Email

The sender is attempting to capture BeachID account password information for their own malicious purposes or to install malware. 

Action(s) Taken

The offending phishing page has been reported as abuse to Microsoft, since it is a Microsoft online form.
