Tech Tip 17 - January 2014

How do I retrieve voice mail on my webmail account?

Steps:                   

1.  Login to https://voicemail.csulb.edu
2.  Select “Notification Settings”
3.  Select “E-Mail” tab
4.  Check “Enable Simple UM Notification” and “Include WAV Attachment"
5.  Enter your @csulb.edu email address to receive voicemails via email.
