This document outlines installation steps for connecting a personally owned (non-university issued) Windows device to the @csulb Exchange server to receive university email.
Please contact your Technical Coordinator if you have any questions.

Special Note About Personal MobileDevices

University support personnel are not permitted to work on personal devices, so this document was created for you to configure your device on your own. If you do require assistance or are unsuccessful with configuring your personal device to receive @csulb email, please contact your Technical Coordinator who may be able to provide limited guidance.

Installation Steps

  1. Go to your Settings
  2. Select "Email + Accounts"
  3. Select "Add an Account"
  4. Type or select "Outlook"
  5. Enter your @csulb email address: and BeachID password
  6. Click "sign in"
